Social Media for Federal Contracting Capture

Social media isn’t just a branding tool. It can and should be used for client and customer capture. I dive into this concept in this presentation. Among the idea I cover is how to position key staff to use social media for capture:

WHEN: It’s ideal for takeaways, new bids, or recompetes where you are positioning a new PM or technical leads

WHO: PM and named technical staff who are bid in key positions – this is best when the subject matter experts are already or willing to speak, publish, and use social media

WHAT: Enhance LinkedIn profiles; evaluate the possibility of other social media platforms; and provide 1:1 training where needed

HOW: Engage with federal marketing team to evaluate potential and bring in social media expertise
