Prior to that, he was in publishing for a dozen years. Nick has an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a BA in Russian Studies from the University of Virginia.|

Her social marketing background enables her to apply behavior change best practices to creating messaging that is truly effective. She provides concepting, copywriting, and editing across all media, including video, web, digital, social media, print, collateral, and exhibits.Her experience spans private- and public-sector clients, from high tech, banking, real estate, hospitality and air travel industries to energy efficiency, substance abuse, mental health and disease prevention social issues.|

Abol is an award-winning UX/UI design lead and art director with 30 years of experience in tech start-up, large corporate in-house, PR agency environments, and cutting-edge information services companies. His range of expertise includes creative concept development and execution across all media channels. Abol applies his deep understanding of effective design to marketing and communications solutions, while relying on cutting-edge best practices. He applies UX principles and imaginative graphic solutions for usability of the rapidly expanding technology.

During Capture Video’s nearly two decades of business, Jessica has produced educational and promotional videos for such diverse clients as the U.S. Geological Survey, Georgetown University, Capital One Bank, Cisco Systems, and DC Superior Courts. An accomplished writer and storyteller, Jessica is the Founder of Better Said Than Done, Inc., a Virginia based storytelling performance group voted one of the “best performance acts in Virginia” by Virginia Living Magazine 2012 – 2015, and the author of Caged, an urban fantasy novel.
